Originally from Sweden, Annie brings over 10 years of experience in recruitment, where her work has centred around understanding people and connecting the right person with the right opportunity. She brings this same approach to real estate — taking the time to understand not only what her clients are looking for, but what they want to create.

Having lived in Portugal for the past six years, Annie has developed a deep connection to the country, its landscapes and its real estate. She also runs her own retreats, giving her first-hand experience of what it takes to create a retreat venue where people can truly land, connect and feel at home.

This experience has naturally led to a passion for helping people find land and properties with the potential to become retreat centres, wellness spaces, boutique hospitality concepts, guesthouses and other nature-led businesses.

For Annie, finding the right property is about much more than bedrooms, square metres and location. It is about understanding the vision behind the project and recognising the potential and energy of the place.
